The proposed site is surrounded by Chanmyathazi Airport, Taung Thaman Lake & U Bein Bridge, Takon Taing Roundabout, Mingalar Mandalay, Kwel Se Kan Highway Bus Station, Mandalar Thiri Sport Stadium and MITC Park.
